Refund policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. If your cat is not interested, or the puppet is not what you expected, email us at info@brawlcat.com and we refund what you paid for it. You do not need to justify your reasons and the puppet does not need to be unused.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

On top of our guarantee, EU law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal: you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and we refund your payment. Our 30-day guarantee is an extra we offer voluntarily and it does not limit, replace or shorten that legal right. Your legal rights regarding faulty goods also stay untouched.

How to start a return

Email us at info@brawlcat.com with your order number and tell us you want to return the puppet. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Return postage

Return postage is at your own expense. We do not provide a prepaid label. If the product arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return and you pay nothing.

How your refund is issued

We refund to the original payment method you used, for the full amount you paid, including the original shipping charge where one applied. We process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned puppet, or of proof that you sent it back. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the money in your account. You will get an email from us when the refund is on its way.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us a photo and your order number. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not pay return postage in that case.
