Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands. We do not ship outside the Netherlands at the moment.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the Netherlands. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch your order within one business day of receiving it. Delivery then takes four to eight business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. You will get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

If your order is late

Parcels occasionally sit longer than they should. If yours has not arrived eight business days after dispatch, email us and we will chase the carrier. If the parcel turns out to be lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Wrong or damaged address

Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: if the order has not left yet we can still correct it.
